Why is internet marketing so profitable? It is because marketing is the act of connect someone problems to their solutions. Often times people don't even know they had a problem that needs solving till they talk to a marketer. The role of marketing is to be the middle man of the transaction. The prospect has a problem, so he then relieves that problem by taking the advice, service or product that's recommended to him. It's all about the person and his problems and his solutions. All you do as a marketer is be the middle man for him. And as you should know middle man makes the most money for the work provided. An example is agents for athletes. They often negotiate contract for athletes for no longer then a month with the club's owner. For example they could sign their athlete to a 3-year contract that took them a month to put together. If they successfully do this, they could walk away with 10 percent of the contracts value. Meaning the athlete would have to work for 3-years yet pay the agent 1/10th of everything he makes. See the middle man is neither the need nor the solution. Marketing is the missing link between the two, yet is a vital link. A person that cannot find solutions to their problem is in pain. A solution with no customers is useless. So what marketing does is connect the two. How good you are at marketing and at what cost will determine your success. Now imagine you don't have to provide the solutions, you are just an imaginary link between the two. How many imaginary links do you want? You can have an infinite amount of customers. |
