If I find out they are a scam I would normally blacklist them from my list. Another technique I learned from one of my friends was to review the site, if you find some thing that says "Make money over night!" You will most likely get scammed the money you pay to this site.

I review sites all the time and post if they work or not, people try their best to find out if a program is a scam or it really works. You are putting the most time and effort in making money online. So don't let a site trick you in stealing your money. There are always different ways to find out if a program is going to scam you. On the other hand, if a program is telling you the truth like saying "This program is going to get you rich, but not over night" and you see positive reviews on Google for this program then most likely you will not get scammed and will possibly "get rich" from this program, it doesn't matter how long it's just if something is saying that, you will enjoy the program and will be confident with it and will know how to make money online.
