When he told me that I remember thinking duh that makes sense. I can honestly say it took me a while to take that advice and put it to good money making use. We're starting at the place that you found one or two, can afford it and now thinking if you really need it. Here are some main points why they are important. Steady Stream of Prospects. We are in the people business. That means we need to be in contact with people. That could mean in person, by phone, via internet. We need to have a constant flow of people to talk to. It's a numbers game and the person who speaks to the most people usually is winning. Your system will stock the river in front of your house with fishes that are prospects. Now if you are building a team with recruiting like minded individuals wouldn't you want to share your system with them? Absolutely! You want to make sure the system can be duplicated and teachable to others. It would do you no good to be the only one who could implement a system. Sharing a system with your team is vital. It goes back to the wise man saying, finding someone who's doing what you want successfully and do exactly what they are doing. By sharing your system that you've been successful with will only help others be successful too! A word of caution. Any great system still means you need to work.
