Business as we know it today is quite involved. There are a lot of tasks to be performed in order for it to run smoothly.

What do I mean by organization?

I will explain based on an online business model. For example, what tasks need to be done for an online business and in what order? I will suggest a plan:

1. Write down all the tasks that need to be done over each week. Some may be daily tasks and some weekly.eg., a weekly task may be writing all your new prospects; a daily task may be use one marketing technique to market your business

2. Buy a weekly calendar and list tasks for each day or write on a memo pad. These should be tasks that must be done on each particular day. Put this where you can see it every day. In addition, you should have a daily planner for any additional tasks and to write down information such as usernames and passwords.

3. Once you finish each task, check them off and move on to the next one.

4. Repeat this weekly.

What do I mean by execution?

Execution means carry out all tasks that need to be done.

1. Be strict with yourself and finish every task early and make sure to fully complete each one.

2. Don't move to the next task before the initial one is completed.

3. Review all tasks and make sure they were executed properly.

In conclusion, if you have an organized approach to execute all tasks, the likelihood your business will succeed is much higher. It takes the randomness out of your business. I guarantee you will see a change in any business if you apply these principles.
