Compensation Plan The Herbalife business opportunity contains a stairstep-breakaway compensation plan. How the compensation plan got its name is when a distributor reaches a certain qualifying point, they then breakaway from their original sponsor. Once this happens, the original sponsor will now only receive a certain percentage of the total volume that flows through the sponsored distributor's group. Since you only get a certain percentage, you will need to recruit 100 to 200 people to join your team if you are looking to make around $1000! Make sure you do your research on the company before making any decisions. The start-up costs are high, the compensation plan is average, and you may not know what you're getting yourself into.
